Role Play
For walkers - 6 years
Our bespoke mobile Role-Play Village is the first of its kind in Ireland and was created with little adventurers in mind.
Each of the 10 destinations of our village represents a real world scenario with miniature tools and utensils to immerse themselves into that specific role. Our scenarios are those that your children will come across during their day to day lives.

Role Play Village Active
From walking - 3 years and 8 months
We rotate the Role Play Village with 4 of our destinations out each week. In addition, we will have further activity stations focusing on; loose parts, small world, open ended & heuristic play. All activities will support learning & will change weekly. There is no formal teaching in our sessions, we allow the children to lead their play. As always our sessions support children’s development.

Messy play
From 6 months - 5 years.
Messy play is sensory play, enabling children to work with their hands, fingers, feet, in fact their whole body, to create a controlled mess. This often involves the use of traditional ingredients such as sand, slime, water, jelly, flour and mud to use for the exploration of sensory feelings and imagination. All of the materials used in our classes are provided, they are homemade and safe for children.

Why play in the early years matters
Play plays an important role in helping babies and children to understand their senses and to explore the world around them. Nurturing an awareness of their bodies and their surroundings is crucial for their cognitive and creative development. In addition, play promotes physical development, as it encourages children to practise their fine and gross motor skills as well as their hand eye coordination. Children are given the opportunity to explore their senses by using their whole bodies and development these movements. Our classes allow parents and carers to play one-on-one with their children. Play also encourages children to learn how to engage in activities independently as well as with other children. All vital skills for their development.
We pride ourselves in providing classes which are fully inclusive and we warmly welcome all babies & children.
